🚚 Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Free shipping on orders above ₹500.
- A standard shipping charge of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹499.
🌍 International Shipping
- Charges vary based on location and order weight.
- Any customs duties or taxes must be paid by the customer.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
🕒 For Domestic Orders (India):
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Locations: 5-7 business days
🕒 For International Orders:
- 7-14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
📌 Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors like holidays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
4. Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to track your order.
- You can also check your order status on our website under “Track Order”.
5. Delivery Policy
✔ All deliveries require a valid address and recipient’s phone number.
✔ If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
✔ In case of a missed delivery, the courier will attempt two more deliveries before returning the package.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please:
📸 Take a clear photo of the product and packaging.

We will review your request and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.
